Permanent Positions:

We're looking for a PR & Business Development Manager.

Key tasks will be to contact existing and new clients, liaise with our partners such as Brand Republic & Mintel, oversee the ongoing development of our extensive online video library, write newsletters & email campaigns, write copy for the website, follow up campaigns with phone calls, respond to enquiries, liaise with PR agency, write press releases, organize case studies, write up award submissions. You will also be required to make new business presentations to clients.

You will need excellent writing and communication skills, lots of initiative, good telephone manner and demonstrate a stong team spirit.

Starting salary is £18,000 plus bonuses and possibility of shares or share options.

Project Manager/Producer:
To manage video based market research & communications projects for a wide range of blue chip clients.

We’re looking for a bright, personable and diligent individual to:

- liase with clients & prospects
- take briefs & write proposals
- recruit respondents
- conduct vox pops interviews in the home & on the street (excellent interviewing & communication skills required)
- select quotes from footage to meet the client brief
- write up and summarise findings
- work in a team and be able to work on your own

To be considered for the position you will need client facing experience and knowledge of running projects in research, marketing or PR and have a good grasp of qualitative market research.

The job will suit someone who has immense enthusiasm & very good written and verbal communication skills - someone who is a self starter with lots of initiative and confidence. It’s very hands on with much work in the field – around the UK and sometimes internationally.

You must be a car owner/driver and ideally live within a 1 hour commute of our office in Epsom. Salary is £13 to £18,000 depending on experience to start plus paid overtime.

If you have video production skills (producing, editing, camerawork) this would be useful as would a foreign language.
