We started as a traditional market research agency over 20 years ago and introduced the use of video in market research over 17 years ago when our first project was interviewing travellers about the advent of the Eurotunnel.

Worldwide Coverage – we have an extensive network of experienced interviewers, camera operators and translators across the world in order to provide high quality international video research, translation and subtitling.

We offer a variety of services, from street vox pop interviews, through to accompanied trips, depths, video diaries, observational filming, focus groups and communication checks. 

We provide a full research service including recruitment, screener design, topic guides, analysis, verbal and written debriefs. We pre-recruit as well as intercept recruit, using screeners and quotas to ensure that we are always interviewing the right target group.

Our production department has been established for over 15 years and we have talented and creative camera operators, producers and editors – we can film and edit for corporate and broadcast purposes.
