We recruit respondents based on the recruitment requirements. We set up cameras to film the respondent as they are surfing the web. An experienced researcher oversees the surf. The respondent has a number of tasks to accomplish and websites to navigate. While they are online they are interviewed, and asked to convey their feelings and thoughts.
