Mystery filming involves using a project manager (experienced both in research and filming) using a hidden camera on their person to conduct secret filming. This type of filming is most often used in store to research into customer service and shopping experience.
VPI work within the MRS guidelines and therefore require written confirmation from the store and store manager, stating that the staff are aware that they may be filmed by mystery shoppers in the near future.
