Using film to embed the target consumer in your business
We produced a video for Innocent Drinks with respondents from the UK, Germany, France and Sweeden to help bring the business closer to their target consumer.
The film was used as part of a strategy to launch the team’s brand positioning work, including the perspective of the end consumer. VPI helped bring to life the attitudes and lifestyle of this target customer in order for the business to better understand where they are placed in the market and which type of people engage with the brand. The film has resulted in company-wide engagement with customer insight, embedding the consumer in the heart of Innocent Drinks.
