In-situ customer feedback
Vox Pops International are the originators of filmed intercept interviews. We will interview your customers in the street, in your store or in relevant locations to capture in the moment feedback. Self-filmed video diaries
Self-filmed video diaries are an increasingly common method of collecting feedback from consumers. For projects of this kind, we will recruit candidates based on your target customer groups. These candidates will then respond to questions or stimulus in real time via their mobile device. VPI also create summary edits to communicate certain themes, pain points, interactions or feelings of different groups.
