Intercept Interviews
Intercept interviews are the most cost-effective and fast way to get genuine feedback from your consumers. VPI’s experienced camera crews and moderators set up on the street and recruit members of the public who fit your target customer group. Consumers are asked to test and feedback on your products, OOH ads, digital designs or any other stimulus. These videos offer great insights and are also a great sales tool (if the feedback has been good!).

Depth Interviews
Depth interviews are pre-recruited, meaning you are able to interview more specific groups of customers. Because respondents are incentivised, these interviews can also last much longer. This allows you to probe and get rich insights on a number of different topics and explore things in more detail. Visualise who your consumers are and how they feel about any aspect of your brand.
