Innocent Drinks – Using film to embed the target consumer in to the business

We worked with Innocent Drinks to bring their business closer to their target consumer, by producing a creative film with respondents from the UK, Germany, France and Sweden. The film was an opportunity to launch their brand positioning work through the eyes of their consumers, and to bring to life the lifestyle and attitudes of this target customer, in order for the business to better understand who they are. The film has resulted in company-wide engagement with customer insight, embedding the consumer right in to the heart of Innocent Drinks.
